We pride ourselves on a high quality product and if you are not happy with the product when you receive it, we will happily offer a full refund.
Our returns policy however is 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If however you find the product is faulty at any time, please get in contact to see what can be done to fix it.
For a return and subsequent refund to be successful, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, including any packaging. If the item is returned damaged, missing parts or not in its original condition a refund/exchanged will not be processed.
